LEG PRESS: It builds the muscle mass of the lower limbs. It puts minimal strain on the joints. It helps improve the correct functioning of the legs. If you don't tilt your knees inwards or outwards during the exercise, you stabilise your knee joints.

PENDULUM: It exercises the hip muscles. It aids the activity of the hip joints and the lumbar spine. It trains the sense of balance and affects the abdominal and back muscles.

How to use:

LEG PRESS: Sit stably on the saddle and place both feet on the pedals. Straighten your legs by leaning away from the device and bend them again at the knees.

PENDULUM: Place both feet on the footrests and grip the handles firmly. Move your legs right and left, making a pendulum motion.
