Training effect: A recreational and sports device for effective training. Exercises performed on the device help strengthen the abdominal muscles. During straight bends the rectus abdominis works. When twisting the torso we activate the oblique muscles. The exercises have an excellent effect on improving the figure.
How to use:Lie on the bench facing up. Knees bent, feet braced against the lower crossbar. Place your hands under your head. Raise the torso in the following order: first the head, then the shoulders and the rest of the body. A few centimetres above the bench surface is enough. Perform smooth movements.
