Buying a new playground is only the beginning — the next step is the correct and safe installation of the equipment. Investors often face a choice: carry out the installation themselves or entrust it to an experienced installation team.
At Starmax we offer professional playground installation carried out by our mobile installation teams throughout Poland. We also carry out selected installations in European Union countries.

Starmax outdoor gyms can be installed in several ways — depending on the type of equipment, the ground and the site conditions.

- Starmax prefabricated foundations for outdoor gyms
The most commonly chosen solution, which speeds up installation. You simply dig the pit, set the prefabricated foundation and fix the equipment. This is a quick and convenient form of installation that reduces on-site work time.
- Anchors for concreting
The classic installation method used for outdoor gyms and sports equipment that require concreting directly into the ground.
- Installing gyms and playgrounds on an underground car park slab
Used on housing estates and on building roofs. For such projects we use structurally adapted versions of the equipment — with lower prefabricated bases that distribute the loads.
We help select the best installation technology as early as the design stage.
Complete construction of playgrounds and recreation zones
We deliver complete construction of recreation areas — from design to a finished space handed over for use.
The scope of work includes:
- design and documentation for the building permit,
- site preparation and excavation,
- digging foundations,
- terrain modelling and shaping,
- concrete edging, paths and pavements,
- installation of playgrounds and sports equipment,
- construction of the sub-base for safety surfacing,
- installation of EPDM or other shock-absorbing surfacing,
- laying lawns and planting shrubs and trees.

Safety surfacing for playgrounds and sports equipment
We install safety surfacing for playgrounds, outdoor gyms and activity zones in line with the safety-standard requirements and the free fall height of the equipment.
- Wet pour EPDM surfacing - Durable, attractive and available in many colours. Ideal for schools, kindergartens and modern public spaces.
- EPDM rubber tiles - Good shock-absorbing properties, with lower durability than wet pour surfacing. A popular solution for playgrounds and outdoor gyms.
- Sand and gravel surfaces - A natural solution often used under swings and play equipment.
- Bark surfaces - An eco-friendly finish that fits well with natural playgrounds and green spaces.
- Grass surfaces and rubber grass mats - Used with selected low fall-height equipment and in recreation zones with plenty of greenery.
