Shipping and payment
How does it work?
- You buy a product at the price shown in the shop → for orders from PLN 2,000 net, delivery within Poland is free.
- You need a larger quantity, a custom configuration or a product with no price shown → we'll prepare a quote including the transport cost within 24–48 hours.
Free shipping
- Free transport on orders from PLN 2,000 net.
- Applies to products with a price available in the STARMAX online shop.
- We deliver orders throughout Poland.
- All prices shown in the shop are net prices (VAT charged in line with the applicable regulations).
Order lead time
We manufacture all products in our own production facility, in line with the design documentation and the applicable standards.
- Products "in stock" or "fast delivery" — dispatched in a shorter time
- Made-to-order production: 4–12 weeks
- We confirm the exact date within 1–2 business days
The lead time depends on the type and complexity of the product, the level of customisation and current production capacity.
Delivery and unloading
We deliver goods on EURO pallets or oversized pallets by freight transport — due to their weight and dimensions these are not standard courier shipments.
- Delivery to the kerbside (without unloading or carrying in)
- Unloading on the customer's side — by forklift or by hand
- The lorry has no tail lift as standard; a self-unloading tail lift is available for an additional fee
- The delivery date is arranged directly with the carrier
Ordering and payment — it's simple
- Add products to the basket and place your order
- You'll receive a proforma invoice (usually within 24 hours)
- Make payment by bank transfer
- Once the payment is credited, we begin production
Payment by bank transfer only (100% prepayment). No online payment — the standard in B2B projects and public procurement.
