STARMAX equipment is designed for many years of use in public spaces. Our playgrounds, outdoor gyms, trampolines, rope structures and urban furniture are used every day in demanding weather conditions and under heavy use.
The warranty we provide is based on experience gained across thousands of completed projects. It is a commitment grounded in proven materials, technology and practice.
3-year warranty
Against material and manufacturing defects on all components not listed in the points below.
In particular, it covers:
- EPDM and plastic components,
- powder-coated components,
- plywood elements,
- moving parts,
- ropes and membranes.
5-year warranty
Against material and manufacturing defects revealed during proper use.
Covers:
- glued pine timber elements,
- HDPE elements,
- HPL panels.
10-year warranty
On the load-bearing capacity and structural strength of the equipment's supporting elements, against manufacturing defects.
Covers:
- elements made of hot-dip galvanised steel,
- elements made of stainless steel,
- structures made of robinia (black locust) timber,
The structural warranty means the load-bearing function is maintained and the equipment can be used safely in line with its intended purpose.
