How to use:
DRABINKA: Variant 1. Pull-up on the bar: Grip the handle and, avoiding swinging, pull your body up to chest height. Then slowly lower it. Variant 2. Muscle stretching: Rest your foot on the rung at waist height. Perform torso bends towards the foot on the rung and the foot on the ground.
LEG RAISE: Variant 1: Rest your arms on the supports, with your back to the device. Grip the handles. Thighs horizontal, calves vertical. Pull your legs up towards the torso, then lower them. Variant 2: Rest your arms on the supports, with your back to the device. Bend and straighten your arms at the elbows – for advanced users.
