LEG PRESS: An outdoor gym device for effective training. Exercises performed on the device help build the muscle mass of the lower limbs. It puts minimal strain on the joints. It helps improve the correct functioning of the legs. If you don't tilt your knees inwards or outwards during the exercise, you stabilise your knee joints.

SEATED PRESS: It primarily exercises the upper muscles. It improves the development of the chest, shoulder-girdle and upper-limb muscles. Regular exercise with a large number of repetitions can contribute to muscle-mass growth.

How to use:

LEG PRESS: Sit stably on the saddle and place both feet on the pedals. Straighten your legs by pushing away from the device and bend them again at the knees.

SEATED PRESS: Take your place on the saddle. Lean back and grip both bars with your hands. Push the bars away from you and return to the starting position.
