Training effect: An outdoor gym device for effective training. Exercises performed on the device help strengthen large muscle groups: the upper limbs, thighs and the abdomen and back. Careful exercise contributes to maintaining correct posture. It acts preventively against undesirable spinal curvatures.
How to use:Variant 1: Rest your arms on the supports, with your back to the device. Grip the handles. Thighs horizontal, calves vertical. Pull your legs up towards the torso, then lower them. Variant 2: Rest your arms on the supports, with your back to the device. Bend and straighten your arms at the elbows – for advanced users.
