A device for recreational outdoor exercise for teenagers, adults and seniors over 140 cm tall.
Training effect:Outdoor gym devices for effective training.
TWISTER:It aids the activity of the hip joints and the lumbar spine. It trains the sense of balance and has a positive effect on the abdominal muscles. It relaxes perfectly. We especially recommend it to women.
PAJACYK: Exercises performed on the device mainly serve to stretch and strengthen the inner thigh muscles. Regular training may prove helpful in unexpected falls, especially in winter on slippery ground.
Method of use:
TWISTER: Place both feet on the footrests, grip the handle with your hands, then make a steady hip movement right and left,
PAJACYK: Take your place on the saddle. Lean back and grip both bars with your hands. Bring your arms together, pulling the bars together in front of you, and return to the starting position.
