BACK EXTENSION: It strengthens a muscle group that is very important for maintaining correct posture. By exercising on this device, you take care of your back muscles and your spine. BENCH: Exercises performed on the device help strengthen the abdominal muscles. During straight bends the rectus abdominis works. When twisting the torso we activate the oblique muscles. They have an excellent effect on improving the figure.
How to use:
BACK EXTENSION:Rest your hips on the bench, facing down. Brace your legs against the crossbar. Cross your arms on your chest. Perform smooth, slow and full torso lowering and raising.
BENCH: Lie on the bench facing up. Knees bent, feet braced against the lower crossbar. Place your hands under your head. Raise the torso in the following order: first the head, then the shoulders and the rest of the body. A few centimetres above the bench surface is enough. Perform smooth movements.
