OFX-09 Standing Row
Outdoor gym with adjustable resistance. Add the weight, not the excuses.
A machine for training the back. With 40 weight settings to choose from, the adjustable load system lets you set the intensity precisely, whether you are a pensioner or a seasoned bodybuilding enthusiast.
Handles at four different heights make the machine comfortable for taller and shorter users alike. A neutral (hammer) grip is also available.
You can row with both hands, gripping both handles at once, or with one hand, training each side of the back separately. In the one-handed version you can add a slight twist of the torso, which creates greater muscle tension than the standard row.
An underhand grip lets you keep your elbows close to your body, works the latissimus dorsi hard and also involves the biceps, so you can usually lift more weight with it.
The neutral grip also engages the latissimus dorsi but puts more emphasis on the trapezius.
An overhand grip takes the elbows further from the torso and works the upper back and rear deltoids more.
