Outdoor gym + street workout

On the Lotników estate in Mielec we built an outdoor exercise gym and a calisthenics set, i.e. street workout. The set consists of equipment such as a cross-trainer, back extension, bench, stepper, leg press, leg raise, ladder and exercise bike. The investment was created as part of the 2020 Mielec Participatory Budget on Tańskiego Street on the Lotników estate.

The safe surface beneath the gym is a grass-seeded reinforcement mat. The street-workout set consists of elements such as: vertical and horizontal ladders, snake-type climbing bars, angled parallel rails, bars of various lengths and structural posts, a boxing training bag, a wall, a climbing rope and gymnastic rings.
