Open-air gyms can also be senior-friendly. With exercises at the open-air gym in the park on the Armii Krajowej estate in Opole, Opole’s seniors began a series of training sessions as part of the "Friendly Outdoor Gyms" project. Under the guidance of an instructor, those interested could learn how to use the available equipment correctly and perform a circuit workout.
