Sports equipment and street workout
Our motto: We take sports activity outdoors
Remember those old school wall bars or the carpet-beating rack? Street workout is their modern, more developed and more demanding version. It's a discipline that combines strength, flexibility, coordination and pure determination – all without having to go to the gym.
Training takes place on specially built structures (pull-up bars, parallel bars, muscle-up stations) or simply on whatever you find in the park, on the square or on the estate pitch. In the open air, whatever the weather.
More and more cities are organising local competitions, and the best athletes compete for titles at World Cups and World Championships in this discipline.
It can all start very simply – with an ordinary set of wall bars on the school pitch and a PE teacher who, instead of a traditional lesson, shows the kids what real strength and control of your own body are.
And you? Ready to test what you can do in the open air?
